Steven Kowalski, Ph.D., got his start in the world of corporate and organizational learning as a designer and author of custom developed learning programs. Over the years, he has worked with clients to create Leadership Development programs, Manager Development programs, Onboarding and New Employee Orientation programs, and specialty programs on dozens of additional topics.
Steven’s expertise as a “learning experience designer” ensures that all custom developed programs are highly interactive, technology enabled, and based on sound principles for adult learning. From 60-90 minute learning modules, to suites of learning modules, from full-day and 2-day programs to programs that span months of time, Steven brings a unique gift for creating the conditions for people to learn from each other through relationships, communication, and conversation.
Custom programs have included: the New Officer Cohort program for newly promoted Vice Presidents, Learning to Learn and Team Learning for helping enhance team performance, Frontiers of Leadership and Collaborative Leadership for cohorts of directors and senior directors, Passports to Success for onboarding new employees, and programs like Sleuth, Process Jazz, Speak Up/Listen Up, and Learning from Failure for enhancing manager and employee performance.
